Washington State Patrol renews investment in Azzier CMMS

October 13, 2022

For Immediate Release:

October 13, 2022

Washington State Patrol (WSP) has upgraded their computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) to Tero Consulting’s latest version of the Azzier CMMS. WSP was mandated to review alternatives in the market, however, with their confidence in Tero Support through the years, familiarity with Web Work processes, and up to 3:1 license exchange, Azzier was the clear choice.

Founded in 1921, the Washington State Patrol is a premier law enforcement agency made up of dedicated professionals who work hard to improve the quality of life for its citizens and prevent the unnecessary loss of life on a daily basis.

WSP originally selected Tero as its CMMS provider in 2000. It has been a great relationship that continues for over 21 years. Tero cannot adequately express our pride and appreciation for their continued support. This renewed investment is a testament to excellent customer support and software development.

When consulted on why WSP decided to stay with Tero and upgrade to Azzier, some of their considerations were:

  • Expert consultants and a proven migration path, where no data is ever lost.
  • The ability to internally configure screens to align with their needs.
  • The ability to have multiple modules open at the same time.

Tero is proud to announce Washington States Patrol’s renewed investment in “Maintaining the Future” with Azzier.
