Washington State Patrol (WSP) upgraded their computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) to Tero Consulting’s latest version of Azzier CMMS in October of 2022.
The positive impact this has had on the efficiency of the maintenance practice at WSP, prompted two other division locations to join in on the success.
In 2022, WSP was mandated to review alternatives in the market and Azzier was still the clear choice. In May 2023, WSP added significantly to the reach of Azzier 8.0 throughout the agency. This is having a noticeable impact on reducing unplanned service outages and saving time and money across these departments.
