Gorman Brothers Lumber Joins the Azzier CMMS User Community

December 1, 2022

Gorman Brothers Lumber is implementing Tero Consulting’s latest version of computerized maintenance management software (CMMS), Web Work Azzier 8.0 to replace MPulse.

Joining their sister companies – Canoe Forest Products, Downie Timber and Oroville Remanufacturing, Gorman’s main facility is making the switch to the most current, feature rich CMMS available in the marketplace.

Located in Westbank, British Columbia, Gorman produces finished board that is widely recognized as some of the highest quality produced in North America. Gorman Brothers have a reputation for innovation and making progressive decisions that keep them at the forefront of their industry. Some of the new features that will be of benefit to Gorman’s:

  • A seamless upgrade of their legacy data
  • Flexibility to adjust the GUI to each plant’s needs
  • Streamlined workflows, screens and print forms managed within Azzier

Azzier CMMS is particularly well suited to the forest products industry where multiple divisions across a widespread geography are required. Tero employs ‘Data Divisions’ technology across the Gorman companies which allows each location to run the same system, but keep their Assets, Work Orders, PM’s and Reports segregated. Executive managers in head office have oversight on all divisions and analyze best practices from one facility to the next enabling them to make adjustments that maintain their edge in a very competitive forest products market.

Using Azzier’s Interface and Cross Reference API, Gorman has integrated their CMMS system with their SAP financials and their Corepoint Safety Software at Canoe. The API enables Gorman to create unlimited integrations with any of their mission critical systems providing streamlined workflows across the entire operation.

Tero is very proud to announce Gorman Brothers Lumber’s continuing investment in “Maintaining the Future” with Web Work Azzier CMMS.
