Jonathan Faner has been appointed as Director of Services
Tero Consulting is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Faner to the role of Director of Services. Before this role, Jonathan had was the manager of Support Services. By combining the 2 roles (support services and implementation services) Tero has created one team that can take a customer from implementation to a true power user of Azzier CMMS. Jonathan will provide the leadership to accomplish this goal.
Jonathan arrives in the role with a clear mandate and plan.
“I want to make the two departments work as one unit where roles are defined but targets are the same.”
My Goals are to:
- Make Azzier a world class system.
- Reduce response times through usage of modern-day support tools.
- Shorten the amount of time in creating and releasing customer-initiated work.
- Improve documentation and tutorials within Azzier.
- Managing work between the two departments to maximize customer satisfaction
Before assuming this role, Jonathan had been a Project manager, and the manager of support services at Tero. He has been with Tero for over 9 years.
