Tero Consulting Ltd., the developer of the advanced web- based CMMS; Azzier is pleased to announce the selection of Azzier by California State University, Northridge.
California State University, Northridge (CSUN) is a vibrant and global community located on 356-acres in the heart of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley and one of the nation’s largest single-campus universities. CSUN encourages students to combine academic pursuits with hands-on experience.
In 2005 CSUN implemented Web Work, a fully web-based CMMS to manage all aspects of campus maintenance. In 2015, CSUN created over 6,500 work orders, and used approximately 2,000 Preventive Maintenance schedules to generate work orders.
The migration to Azzier will create many advantages for CSUN including Azzier’s compatibility with mobile devices. The maintenance staff at CSUN will be using the Amazon Fire mobile device for access to the system. Other advantages include the customization of the program to meet each user groups’ unique requirements (screens, workflow etc.), the incorporation of CSUN’s business rules and much more. The new intelligent reporting system in Azzier will be used heavily to provide insight on daily operations and highlight areas for improvement. The highly configurable email notification system based on unlimited scenarios will be rolled out to maintenance crew to ensure timely responses to work requests.
For years CSUN has trusted the technical services division at Tero to deliver a superior product and they are extremely happy with the willingness of the division to “go that extra mile”.
