Professional Installation Before Your Team Ever Logs In
Before deploying Azzier to your site, Tero installs and tests it on Tero servers — running both a Test site and a Production site. The Test site is used for training purposes. The Production site houses only live data and goes into real-time use after training is complete. This approach ensures your team learns in a safe environment before working with actual operational data.

Tero’s training philosophy is straightforward: education and product understanding are vital for the long-term success of every CMMS implementation. Our trainers develop a detailed training schedule tailored to your team’s roles and responsibilities.
Individual training courses run two to five days. Sessions are conducted on-site, at Tero’s offices, or remotely. All courses are customized to your operations.

Administrator Training
Administrators receive three layers of training: preliminary administrative training before the main sessions, standard Azzier training alongside all other users, and post-go-live administrative training covering system management responsibilities. Training concludes before the go-live date to ensure every user is prepared.
