[Port Coquitlam, April 1, 2025] – The Northwest Territories Housing Corporation (NWTHC) is upgrading to Azzier 8.4 CMMS, enhancing its ability to manage and maintain public housing assets efficiently across the territory. Having already benefited from WebWork’s robust maintenance management capabilities, NWTHC is moving to our latest version system, which will increase user engagement, and optimize functionality to support long-term housing sustainability.

The upgrade to Azzier 8.4 includes:
